Payment of all co-pays and deductibles is appreciated at the time of visit. Our office will submit bills directly to Medicare and other participating insurance plans. You will be billed for the remaining balance according to the insurance company’s explanation of benefits. Federal law requires that Medicare patients be billed for the deductible and co-payment.
If you do not have insurance, a reasonable fee will be charged. In case of financial hardship, the practice can make arrangements.
